The National Center for Pavement Preservation (NCPP) is housed within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Michigan State University (MSU).

The NCPP has an Advisory Board, Technical Resource Group, Director, and seven project specialists. The Advisory Board represents federal and state governmental agencies, academia, and private industry and meets twice each year to provide policy guidance for the Center.

The Director oversees the NCPP's daily activities and makes periodic reports to the Advisory Board and the Chair of MSU's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
