The Asphalt Recycling and Reclaming Association (ARRA) and FHWA have joined together to develop a series of r regional In-Place Recycling Conferences & Workshops. These regional forums of pavement and recycling professionals are designed for representives of State Agencies, Contractors, Suppliers, Consultants, Academics, Local, MPO's and Federal Government Officials, all working together to take advantage of the synergy to be gained from sharing information and identifying common issues for further investigation.

Each conference will provide a forum to share and publicize information describing improvements in research, design, specifications, materials and construction practices, and to promote the cost benefits of In-Place Recycling through education and application.
