Transportation Research Board (TRB) Preservation Activities
The TRB Committee on Pavement Maintenance (AHD20) apprises the highway transportation community of research and development needs in the general area of pavement maintenance. The Committee ascertains these needs in a variety of ways including sponsorship of pavement maintenance sessions at TRB's Annual Meeting and interacting with other TRB committees in discovering and developing new techniques for pavement maintenance, preventive maintenance, and pavement preservation. The committee members routinely review papers relating to TRB, AASHTO, ASTM, and other national organizations.
