Equipment Management

The EMTSP comprises four regional equipment management partnerships of State Highway Agency (SHA) Equipment Managers and their staffs. The partnerships exist to serve as the comprehensive national resource supporting effective and efficient governmental highway equipment fleet management.

Midwest	The Midwest refers to a geographic region, which may include the States of Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Michigan; Minnesota; Missouri; Nebraska; North Dakota; Ohio; Oklahoma; South Dakota; and Wisconsin, but may include other states and provinces desiring to affiliate with this region.
Northeast	The Northeast refers to a geographic region, which may include the States of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., but may include other states and provinces desiring to affiliate with this region.
Southeast SSEMC	The SSEMC consists of the following states:Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
West WSHEMA	The Western States refers to a geographic region, which may include the States of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, but may include other states and provinces desiring to affiliate with this region.
